    Great shoe! Rocky customer service.

    The shoes get 5 stars. Comfy, light weight, cute- I get compliments on them all the time. I really love them!

    But unfortunately the shipping and customer service wasn’t top notch. I got a notification saying they’d been shipped but 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything else and looked up my order. There was no tracking info so I emailed customer service but got no reply. I contacted them through their website a week later and still got no reply. After the 3rd time I reached out they acknowledged it was probably lost in shopping and resent it and all was good. It was a bummer it took over a month to arrive and several attempts to get any response but again, the product itself is great so it was worth it.
