1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide

Refer a Friend. To refer a friend, you will provide us with your name and email address, and the email address of the friend you are referring.

Apply for a Job. If you apply for a job, we will collect any information you provide in your application, including, but not limited to, work authorization information, visa status, desired salary, language proficiency, educational background, employment history, and references. Credit and/or Debit Card Transactions

Reef utilizes third-party service providers to provide credit and debit card payment processing services. If you choose to purchase merchandise, the third party payment processor associated with the Payment Method selected by you ("Third Party Processor”) may collect the information you provide in connection with such purchase. The Third Party Processors may collect some or all of the following information by and through the payment registration form completed by you: name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card and/or debit card information (collectively, “Third Party Processor Data”). The Third Party Processors use the Third Party Processor Data solely to process the applicable transaction(s) and as otherwise permitted by their respective privacy policies. Users should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, might have the authority under certain circumstances to permit personal information to be shared or transferred to third-parties without permission.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

We may share the personal information that we collect about you in the following ways:

•We are a multi-national organization with locations in many countries around the world. We use this web-based analytics software because it gives us a tool to track the online behavior of visitors while on our Sites and lets us replay visitors’ actions. This tool gives us the opportunity to make our Sites better and, in turn, provide you with an enhanced online experience as well. Thanks to this tool, we are able to gain insight on how you and other visitors use our Sites. Information about these small choices and interactions are of paramount value to us, as they can easily make your experience better and more intuitive and, more importantly, allow us to provide you with a more seamless, customer-friendly e-shopping experience while on the Sites.


We may use pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) to, among other things, track the actions of users of our services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the services and response rates. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING REEF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES


When you enter into a contract for the sale of Reef products or services, Reef collects and processes your personal data needed for transacting the sale, as per section 6.1 (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").


The personal data processed by Reef are your contact details, payment details and any information relating to the product/service sold. Such personal data are processed by Reef only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes as indicated above and for no other purpose whatsoever.


Personal data will be processed and stored by Reef for the duration of the sales contract and thereafter, for the duration of any statute of limitation of any action legal right or action that may be lodged by any of the parties against the other. Any other processing of your personal data will be made only with your prior written consent.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES


Any processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, including profiling, will be performed by Reef only with your prior written consent (section 6.1 (a) GDPR).
