Reef stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been damaged, altered, or used. Final clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Returning your REEF.com purchase is free and easy to do. We include a pre-paid shipping label with your purchase. If you need assistance with your free shipping return label, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-500-7333.

What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. Orders must be set up as a return with a new order placed for the exchange item. Please see 'what is your return policy' above if you would like to return your item.
How should I ship my return?
Please fill out the return form section of the packaging slip found in the box. You will be prompted to fill out item#, Description, Reason Code, and Additional Comments. Please include this in the package with the product(s) you wish to return.
Pre-printed, free shipping return labels will be enclosed with all orders placed on REEF.com. If you need a return label, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-500-7333 for assistance. They will generate the return shipping label and send to you via email.
Attach the return label to your box. Please drop your package at your local FedEx or USPS store.

What do I do if my item is defective and purchased within the last 30 days? If your item was purchased through REEF.com within the last 30 days, please set up a return using the information above under 'how should i ship my return?'
If your item was purchased in a store within the last 30 days, please contact that store directly to arrange for a return or exchange.
What do I do if my item is defective and purchased more than 30 days ago? If your item was purchased through REEF.com or through a store more than 30 days ago, please contact REEF Customer Service directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-844-500-7333 for assistance.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. When processing your exchange we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange. If you have used a banking or debit card your financial institutions policies may result in a non-sufficient funds charge if you are executing a return/exchange.
Regrettably, our pre-paid return labels do not cover the price for international returns. To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States. If the order leaves the US, you are responsible for shipping fees if you need to return the item for any reason.
