    Not true to size. I ordered a size 9, but it definitely fits smaller than every other size 9 REEF shoe I own. I even compared it to other pairs I’ve purchased from REEF, and this one is noticeably smaller.

    The return/exchange process is also disappointing. All I wanted was to exchange them for a size 9.5, but the return portal wouldn’t allow it. When I contacted customer service, I was told the size was no longer available, even though the website clearly showed the 9.5 was still in stock.

    It’s frustrating when a company won’t help with a simple size exchange. Based on this experience, this will most likely be my last purchase from REEF.

    Too wide!

    I love REEFS and I’ve always worn the sandals. I usually buy the flip flop style, but I have bought those that don’t have the toe piece. I love the look of these. I ordered three pairs and I was sick when I tried the first pair. The length is perfect, but they are so wide I can’t keep them on my feet. I’m 72 and I have only tried walking around the house in one pair of them. Now I don’t know how to send them back. I will order another style.

Material & Care
Vegan Leather (Synthetic)
  • Use a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust and dirt.
  • For deeper cleaning, mix a small amount of mild clear soap with warm water.
  • Dampen a soft cloth or sponge with the solution and gently wipe the surface.
  • Wipe again with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
  • Allow to air dry at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
  • For mixed-materials areas (textile, rubber, EVA, Cork), mix a small amount of mild clear soap with warm water, dip a soft sponge or soft-bristled brush into the solution and gently clean the area, rinse the sponge with clean water and remove any excess soap, allow to air dry completely before wearing.

  • Harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive brushes.
  • Machine washing or soaking.
  • Leather conditioners or oils (not needed for synthetic materials).
  • Always test any cleaning method on a small, hidden area before cleaning the entire product.
