    Fit

    The one thing I would say about the new Neptune Alana and the print is that the heel is very tight and isn't as giving as the other shoes I have gotten from reef! I thought I'd try a different style and I'm not impressed it just needs to be a little softer all the way around!

Material & Care
Textile/Fabric (vegan friendly)
  • Use a soft, dry cloth or a dry, soft-bristled brush to remove loose dirt.
  • Mix a small amount of mild clear soap with warm water.
  • Gently clean the fabric using a soft sponge or soft-bristled brush dipped in the solution.
  • Rinse the sponge with clean water and remove any remaining soap from the material.
  • Allow to air dry in the shade at room temperature.
  • For mixed-materials areas (rubber, EVA, Cork), mix a small amount of mild clear soap with warm water, dip a soft sponge or soft-bristled brush into the solution and gently clean the area, rinse the sponge with clean water and remove any excess soap, allow to air dry completely before wearing.


    • Avoid:
  • Machine washing unless specifically stated on the product.
  • Bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Direct heat or prolonged sunlight while drying.
  • Always test any cleaning method on a small, hidden area before cleaning the entire product.
