I got a pair of replacement sandals sent by reef which was sent to the wrong address twice. There was nothing I could do. FedEx wouldn’t help. I’m really disappointed in this entire process. I feel like I wasted a lot of time and energy. I also had a walk my entire neighborhood searching for the package and it could not be found. FedEx. Just decided to deliver it to some random address.

I normally wear size 8W or 8 1/2 and the size on this is 8 W so it does fit wide. I was only dissapointed that both shoes came with a small dent in the very front and that is not what I expected for the price. These are my first Reefs and also first time purchasing on the website. I have attached photos.
