    Cute shoes but not comfortable

    I loved and wore my Reef Sandy Hi platform flip flops until the straps broke a couple of weeks ago. I immediately went back to purchase another pair of Reef platforms hoping to replace my beloved Sandy Hi. Unfortunately, the Vista Luxe Evie platforms fall short in the comfort level. The platform heel itself and cushion for the sole of the feet are fine, it is the hard inflexible top portion of the shoe. It rubs into the dorsum of the feet. I was going to purchase additional platforms from Reef, but now I'm having second thoughts. Is there anything way to bring back the Sandy Hi?

Material & Care
    Genuine Nubuck (Animal-Derived)
  • Gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled brush to remove dirt and debris.
  • Clean nubuck using a nubuck-safe or leather-safe cleaner, following the product’s instructions.
  • Brush lightly in one direction to maintain the texture of the material.
  • Allow to air dry in the shade at room temperature.
  • For mixed-materials areas (textile, rubber, EVA, Cork), mix a small amount of mild clear soap with warm water, dip a soft sponge or soft-bristled brush into the solution and gently clean the area, rinse the sponge with clean water and remove any excess soap, allow to air dry completely before wearing.

    • Avoid:
  • Heavy moisture or soaking.
  • Standard leather conditioners or oils.
  • Heat sources during drying.
    • *Always test any cleaning method on a small, hidden area before cleaning the entire product.
