What Customers Say
Customers say these flip-flops are super comfy for everyday wear. Many mention they're repeat buyers who've been loyal to this style for years. The sandals tend to break in nicely, though some note they fit snug at first. While most find them true to size, a few suggest sizing up. Frequent comments highlight their durability, with pairs lasting several seasons of regular use. Some mention they're great for beach days and casual wear, though a few note they can be slippery on hardwood floors. While most love the fit, those with wider feet mention they might need to look for a different style. Recent reviews point to some quality changes, but most remain fans of the classic design.

    Phantoms!!!! A+ (originals)

    Andrea,

Wow, thank you. This is my first warranty experience after owning seven pairs of reefs in the past 6 years…thank you!!

    #FAVORITE (Phantom soles)

Durable, soft, feel, does not get slippery when wet, reasonably light weight.

Material & Care
    Vegan Nubuck (Synthetic Microfiber)
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove loose dirt. Always wipe in one direction to preserve the texture. For light stains, use a barely damp cloth with mild clear soap and gently blot the area. For mixed-materials areas (textile, rubber, EVA, Cork), mix a small amount of mild clear soap with warm water, dip a soft sponge or soft-bristled brush into the solution and gently clean the area, rinse the sponge with clean water and remove any excess soap, allow to air dry completely before wearing.
Avoid: Heavy moisture or soaking. Traditional leather cleaners or conditioners. Heat sources such as dryers or direct sunlight. Always test any cleaning method on a small, hidden area before cleaning the entire product.
