I love my cushy slides. I bought two pairs but I made a mistake and bought a third pair low profile thinking that it had the same cushy technology and they don't. I would love to exchange them. They've never been used. They've never been worn. I just want to exchange them and get a credit towards my third pair of cushy slides if that would be okay. I love the product.
