I received my order timely, however, the tan ones were size 2 in a size 3 box. I contacted Reef and was told to send pictures of shoes verifying they were size 2 and box label saying size 3. They would then send me an email back with label and what to do. I have sent 2 emails with pictures and requesting next steps and have still not received instructions. In a couple days it will be 30 days even though I contacted them the day I received them! Like the white Neptunes, would give the shoe at least 4 stars but their customer service is horrible!

Material & Care
- Textile + Genuine Suede (Animal-Derived)
- Use a soft, dry cloth to remove loose dirt.
- Mix a small amount of mild clear soap with warm water.
- Gently clean the fabric using a soft sponge dipped in the solution.
- Rinse the sponge with clean water and remove any remaining soap from the material.
- Allow to air dry in the shade at room temperature.
- For genuine leather (suede or nubuck), gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled brush to remove dirt and debris, clean nubuck or suede using a nubuck/suede-safe or leather-safe cleaner, following the product’s instructions, brush lightly in one direction to maintain the texture of the material, allow to air dry in the shade at room temperature.
- Soaking or machine washing.
- Bleach or harsh detergents.
- Direct heat or prolonged sunlight while drying. *Always test any cleaning method on a small, hidden area before cleaning the entire product.
