Shipping & Returns Policy Testing Disclosure Notice

1.  Reef Lifestyle, LLC (“REEF”) is currently conducting a limited-duration test of three separate return policies (the “Return Policies”) to evaluate their effectiveness and customer satisfaction impact. The testing period will take place between December 10, 2025 and March 10, 2026 (the “Testing Period”).
2. As a REEF customer, the Return Policy variation that was randomly selected for you during the Testing Period was conspicuously disclosed to you as part of your checkout process, which included a link to this disclosure notice, the appropriate return policy, and all other applicable information noted below.
3. REEF uses Intelligems, which is a transparent, non-discriminatory method for assigning customers, to randomly split traffic into three separate Return Policies and each visitor/customer is shown the Return Policy for their selected variant, which are as follows:
   1. Control Return Policy: Returns for refund with no restocking fee.
   2. Variation A Return Policy: Returns for refund with a $5 restocking fee.
   3. Variation B Return Policy: Returns for refund with a $8 restocking fee.
4. During the Testing Period, Reef is maintaining appropriate records related to the return policy test in compliance with applicable law.
