Sterling Spencer

Sterling Spencer hails from the West Coast of Florida, and has made a career out of dominating punchy two-footers in the Gulf. The waves don’t always come to Sterling, so he’s logged some serious frequent flyer miles seeking more challenging conditions to take him to the next level. Sterling was a standout in Billabong’s Filthy Habits where he palled around the world with surfing legends Occhy, Shane Dorian and Donovan Frankenrieter giving the audience a taste of his graceful style and oddball personality. He’s one of the iconic East Coast standouts winning four consecutive East Coast Championship Titles and surfs in select competitions around the world just for the fun of it. When Sterling isn’t surfing, he’s working on his pet project pinchmysalt.tv, a site for Sterling to document his work and share his experiences of the life of a “Modern Gypsy.” Sterling represents Reef footwear, as well as the Reef Coastal Cruisers Program.
