BRUNA SCHMITZ JOINS THE REEF TEAM

Reef is excited to announce the addition of Bruna Schmitz to the brand’s footwear team. The 21 year old Brazilian beauty is currently traveling the world and competing on the European leg of the 2011 ASP Women’s Star Tour on her hunt for a 2012 WCT Bid.

Bruna Schmitz hails from Matinhos, a quiet beach town in the South of Brazil, where she honed her surfing skills, and picked up nearly 30 surfing titles during her amateur career. She was highlighted on the 2011 Surfer Hot 100 list, and was thrust into mainstream status after an editorial feature in the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, a coveted annual issue that is normally reserved for supermodels and celebrities.
