Reef is currently looking for a Product Development intern to assist our Footwear department. This internship will offer hands on experience that can only be obtained through real world work experience. We have a solid team that is dedicated to the surf lifestyle and creating the best products in the surf industry. If you are passionate about working on this type of product then this will be a great step in your development.

Key Responsibilities (This may vary depending upon the requirements of the internship program):

•Support footwear and sandal product development process beginning with design through production stages.
•Assist with spec creation, material research and maintain material library.
•Assist in proper fitting, comfort, and quality of all products created by the product development team.
•Perform general administrative duties.
•Help track and organize samples through different stages of the product timeline.

Special Skills Needed:

•Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
•Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop experience preferred.
•Strong interest in footwear and current trends as it relates to our industry and market.
•Active participation in action sports such as surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding is also a plus.

This is an unpaid internship. You must be a student in an accredited university or trade school gaining credit for this experience.
